Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing industrial drone solutions from Nantong Xunri Technology Co.,Ltd. (operating as FDIUAV).
Due to the specialized nature of our heavy-lift drones and industrial equipment, all sales are considered final unless the product is proven to be defective upon arrival. Please review our policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. General Return Policy
1.1 All Sales Final As a B2B supplier of specialized industrial equipment, we do not accept returns for "change of mind," "wrong specification ordered," or "project cancellation" once the order has been processed and shipped.
1.2 Eligibility for Return Returns are only accepted under the following strict conditions:
Dead on Arrival (DOA): The product is non-functional immediately upon unboxing.
Shipping Damage: The product was physically damaged during transit (must be noted on the delivery receipt).
Incorrect Item: You received a model or accessory different from what was stated in your Sales Contract.
2. Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Inspection Period
2.1 Inspection Window You have [7] business days from the date of delivery to inspect the goods and report any visible damage, missing parts, or functional defects.
If no report is made within [7] days, the shipment is deemed accepted and in good working order.
2.2 Reporting Procedure To report a defective or damaged item, please contact us at sales@fdiuav.com or via your dedicated account manager with:
Your Order Number / Invoice Number.
High-quality photos or videos showing the defect or damage.
A copy of the delivery receipt with damage notes (if applicable).
3. Return Process for Defective Items
If your return request is approved by our technical team:
RMA Number: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Do not ship any items back without an RMA number.
Shipping:
For DOA/Defects: FDIUAV will cover the shipping costs for returning the defective unit and shipping the replacement.
Packaging: Items must be returned in their original flight cases/packaging with all accessories, manuals, and cables. Improper packaging that causes further damage may void the warranty.
Resolution: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned unit, we will either:
Repair the unit to full working condition.
Replace the unit with a new one.
Refund the full purchase price (only if repair or replacement is not possible).
4. Warranty Repairs (After Inspection Period)
If a defect arises after the initial [7]-day inspection period, it will be handled under our 1-Year Limited Warranty.

For warranty services, the customer is typically responsible for shipping the unit to our service center in Jiangsu, China, while FDIUAV covers the return shipping cost to the customer (subject to contract terms).
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
Customized drones (e.g., modified payload interfaces, custom paint schemes).
Software licenses or activation keys once redeemed.
Batteries that have been charged/cycled (unless Dead on Arrival).
Items damaged due to operator error, crashes, or water damage (unless IP-rated failure).
6. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment: Cancellations made before the product is shipped may be subject to a [10-30%] cancellation fee to cover assembly and administrative costs.
Custom Orders: Orders for customized units cannot be cancelled once production has started.
